The ideal candidate will assist with document preparation, transaction coordination, title review, closings, and administrative legal support related to commercial real estate matters and business. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Assist with commercial real estate transactions and closings Prepare and review legal and closing documents Coordinate title work and assist with title clearance Organize and maintain transaction files and records Communicate with attorneys, lenders, tenants, buyers, sellers, and vendors Assist with funding and post-closing processes Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions Support retail property and commercial real estate operations as needed Perform general administrative and legal support duties
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (11:00 am - 7:00 pm).
Pay:
Based on experience. Will discuss during the interview. Qualifications Previous paralegal or commercial real estate experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple files simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with commercial real estate transactions is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required based on experience Ability to perform administrative functions such as filing, data entry, transcription, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
