Job Description

Savannah Law Firm is looking for a Paralegal to work primarily in the area of litigation defense. We are looking for team player who is a quick learner with strong administrative skills, computer savvy, and experience supporting multiple attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Prepare draft of documents for attorneys (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Deposition Notices, Pleadings, Responses, etc.) Request records and update as needed Prepare record summaries and chronologies as needed by attorneys Assist attorneys in maintaining their calendars and deposition preparation Conduct research as requested by attorneys Supervise trial preparation and appear at trial with attorney if requested Professionally communicate with clients, counsel, courts, and other parties involved with the case Handle all matters with discretion
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in a paralegal program or sufficient law firm experience Preferred prior experience in litigation Great written and verbal communications skills in addition to attention to detail Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Suite Ability to manage time, organize oneself, and multitask without supervision
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
