To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire, permanent position with our client in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a strong foundation in insurance defense procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Organizing and maintaining case files, preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings and discovery, drafting motions, drafting subpoenas, document production, scheduling depositions, coordinating witnesses, communicating with opposing counsel, assisting with reporting to clients, analyzing medical records, coordinating expert witnesses, scheduling client and witness meetings, and billing. The role also involves maintaining the attorney's calendar, keeping track of deadlines, meeting client expectations, working with the department's paralegal team, assisting with trial preparation, and ensuring that documentation and filings comply with court rules, client expectations, and firm procedures.
