Overview of responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to senior attorneys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters. Draft and prepare correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and other case-related materials. Assist with managing case files, deadlines, calendars, and client communications. Coordinate medical records, case documentation, and other materials related to personal injury cases. Assist with litigation and trial preparation and provide support throughout the life of a case.
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of relevant, transferable legal or litigation experience. Personal injury experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy legal environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, dependable approach and willingness to support a team of experienced attorneys.
