Job Description

We are partnering with a leading plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in West Des Moines seeking a Paralegal/Legal Administrative Assistant to support senior-level attorneysThis is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3+ years of transferable litigation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to continue building their legal career. Personal injury experience is preferred, but the firm is open to candidates with strong litigation experience from other practice areas.

This is a fully in-office position.

Overview of responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to senior attorneys handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters.

Draft and prepare correspondence, legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and other case-related materials.

Assist with managing case files, deadlines, calendars, and client communications.

Coordinate medical records, case documentation, and other materials related to personal injury cases.

Assist with litigation and trial preparation and provide support throughout the life of a case.
