Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is vital for maintaining effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members. Support daily office operations by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience as a legal administrative assistant or has training in the legal field. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and files. Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and office management software. Familiarity with front desk operations and general office procedures is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.

$20.89 - $25.16 per hour
