In business for over 100 years, we are an established, busy firm with a significant client base. This position involves assisting with many areas. Experience in the legal field is preferred but not required. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience. Required skills include strong computer/technology competency, telephone, excellent client relations, and organizational skills. Will be responsible for document preparation under attorney supervision, client communication, schedule management, e-filing documents with local courts, working with other professionals as needed, and other office-related duties. Microsoft Office experience necessary. IowaDocs and electronic court filing experience beneficial. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience. This position is full-time; however part time requests will be considered Full-Time Benefits at Katz Nowinski P.C. include paid vacation and sick leave, flex spending account, 401(k) with employer contributions, health insurance, and others.

$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
