Responsibilities include interviewing and screening prospective clients; requesting medical records and bills; negotiating liens; drafting correspondence and memoranda; e-filing state and federal pleadings and motions; maintaining a global Outlook calendar; scheduling depositions and other litigation matters; and propounding and answering discovery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in assisting our team in representing injured clients. Candidates should be organized, dependable, able to manage deadlines effectively, and capable of handling confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
