Our hub is an upscale, contemporary professional office in Carmel, a few blocks from City Center. We will only interview applicants from Hamilton County (or a short 15-20 minute commute). This evictions legal assistant position is in our firm with a culture of " Play To Win " and " Failure is not an Option " - which we think is very fun!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own high-volume case load including timely filings, meeting deadlines, keeping clients informed. Generate and file what will become routine pleadings. Court scheduling and coordination with Courts. Communicate with clients, Courts and adverse parties E-filing daily dozens of documents with Courts Maintain electronic Case Management System (we use Practice Panther) and One Drive files. Detailed and timely preparation for large volume Court appearances including Exhibits.

From $22.00 per hour
