Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Prepare and maintain monthly case status and reporting requirements.
Organize, review, and manage case files to ensure they are complete and trial-ready.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for mediation, hearings, and court proceedings.
Research public records, filings, and creditor information to support case strategy and documentation needs.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal matters.
Conduct outbound calls to gather information, documentation, and updates necessary for case progression.
Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are tracked and met.
Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys as needed.
