Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Law Office seeks bilingual English/Spanish Legal Assistant,
- Answer the phone, occasionally,
- Assist with electronic filing and creating court exhibits and Immigration Related Forms.
Experience:
- Prior Office experience preferred, unless you have knowledge of software used by this Office.
- Applicants must have experience with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT or Claude and use of AI Prompts and proficiency in online data storage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to type.
