  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and development projects
  • Manage due diligence, title reviews, surveys, and closing deliverables
  • Coordinate transaction timelines, milestones, and documentation
  • Prepare and organize closing binders and transaction records
  • Interface with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle Top Requirements Commercial Real Estate Transaction Experience (Required)
  • Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience
  • Extensive experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, due diligence, and development projects
  • Background in a law firm, commercial real estate organization, developer, investment company, or sophisticated in-house legal department Candidates without significant commercial real estate transaction experience will not be considered. Executive Professionalism & Discretion
