Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct exposure to senior legal and executive leadership Significant ownership of sophisticated transactions Opportunity to influence legal processes and best practices Small, high-performing legal team What You'll Do Real Estate Transactions Support acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and development projects Manage due diligence, title reviews, surveys, and closing deliverables Coordinate transaction timelines, milestones, and documentation Prepare and organize closing binders and transaction records Interface with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle Top Requirements Commercial Real Estate Transaction Experience (Required) Minimum 5+ years of paralegal experience Extensive experience supporting commercial real estate transactions Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, due diligence, and development projects Background in a law firm, commercial real estate organization, developer, investment company, or sophisticated in-house legal department Candidates without significant commercial real estate transaction experience will not be considered.
