Completes various administrative tasks associated with preparation of case files for the child in need of care (CINC) docket. Verifies CINC docket cases Views and prints Outlook calendars Views and prints docket reports Researches discrepancies to determine accurate list of docket cases Manages hearing exhibits Reviews emails and Full Court records to locate all exhibits for a specific hearing Prints exhibits Submits exhibits through DC18 Esocial portal Creates and revised exhibit list for each docket case Identifies missing exhibits and contacts appropriate agency as needed Prepares file folder for hearing Locates file folders needed for docket Organizes files for each attorney Organizes documents within the file according to established procedures Distributes files to appropriate attorney
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years related experience. Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws.
