Job Description

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit court filings, including e-filing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, including hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Maintain organized records and case files to ensure easy access and compliance. Monitor deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes. Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and managing calendars. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. At least 1 year of experience in a legal assistant or similar role. Proficiency in e-filing and handling court documentation. Strong organizational and calendar management skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and court staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal office preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with e-filing systems Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
