Job Description

Join a dynamic and respected law firm seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing complex legal matters, working closely with attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Responsibilities:
Legal facts and legal research Document management and maintain chart of requests Organize and electronically file pleadings Coordinate and schedule calendars Summarizing records Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and court staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work. Qualifications Proficient in MS Office and trained in use of the Courts' electronic filing systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience Trial experience preferred Knowledgeable of state and federal rules 1-3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal office preferred Excellent organizational, oral and written communication, and analytical skills Experience with Ediscovery platforms and management of large document productions is preferred.
