The ideal candidate will combine secretarial and administrative skills with hands-on expertise in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and supporting corporate planning matters. Exceptional calendar management and a forward-thinking mindset are essential, as this role requires staying one step ahead of deadlines, client appointments, and file management. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive base salary and benefits packagesalary: $55,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30

High SchoolResponsibilities Draft & Execute Estate Documents:
Prepare, review, and finalize core estate planning materials—including wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives—tailored to client needs.
Support Corporate Planning & Governance:
Assist with corporate structuring, entity formations, annual filings, and maintaining organized corporate records alongside estate planning strategies.
Manage Calendar & Anticipate Needs:
Proactively manage the attorney's schedule, book client consultations, and stay one step ahead of upcoming deadlines, court filings, and follow-ups.
Direct Client & Document Management:
Handle end-to-end file management, client communications, intake, and systematic physical/digital filing to ensure seamless recordkeeping.
Re-Onboard & Streamline Operations:
Help transition the attorney back into active practice by organizing legacy client files, establishing efficient workflows, and prioritizing pending matters.
Provide High-Level Secretarial Support:
Perform daily administrative and secretarial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day office function and timely client correspondence.
