The Legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, organizational, and case-management support to attorneys and legal staff. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate case files, coordinating schedules and deadlines, preparing and processing legal documents, communicating with clients and outside parties, and assisting attorneys with the efficient management of their practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and related office software. Ability to learn and effectively use legal case-management, document-management and electronic filing.
