Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Louisville, KY location who will support multiple attorneys and/or paralegals in our tort litigation practice group. Responsibilities File and client management, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, online filings, time entry, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements and other administrative support Requirements Solid work history including 5+ years providing administrative support Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software Experience with E-filing (federal and state) a plus Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Exposure to Litigation preferred
