Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and file management tasks to maintain accurate and organized legal documents
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Utilize document management systems to store, retrieve, and track legal documents
Provide clerical support to attorneys and legal staff as needed
Assist in the preparation of legal documents
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in data entry and file management
Excellent attention to detail for proofreading legal documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
