We are growing and seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Shreveport team. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving litigation environment — we want you. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of personal injury litigation — discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials Organize medical records and case files Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts Maintain accurate records in case management systems Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred) Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently Compensation & Benefits Monthly KPI Bonuses for meeting performance goals Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Simple IRA Retirement Plan with employer match 3 PTO Days + 10 Vacation Days Weekly Catered Breakfasts and Monthly Team Lunches Fun Employee Events - axe throwing, bowling, and more!
