• Research and analyze intricate legal documents
• Provide support to attorney through all phases
• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
• Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements
• Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
• Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Foundational knowledge in Probate & Estate Administration
• Command of estate planning
• Strong familiarity with Estate Law
• Comprehensive knowledge of Revocable Trusts
• Tax returns experience
• Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
• Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets An excellent chance to foster client relationships and build case management skills, and to provide support to staff through training.
