Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

In Office M-F Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters. Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction files. Order and review title examinations, municipal lien certificates, surveys, and zoning information. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, municipalities, and opposing counsel. Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation. Track critical dates and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions. Maintain electronic and physical files with accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate professionally with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process. Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.
