Job Description

Our client, a well-established, client-focused law firm in Hanover, Massachusetts, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Hanover, MA Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

In Office M-F Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters. Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction files. Order and review title examinations, municipal lien certificates, surveys, and zoning information. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, municipalities, and opposing counsel. Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation. Track critical dates and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions. Maintain electronic and physical files with accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate professionally with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process. Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.
Requirements:
2 or more years of experience as a real estate paralegal in commercial OR residential real estate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate software and title platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
