Compensation:
$55,000+Responsibilities:
Manage residential real estate closings from Purchase & Sale through post-closing with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with lenders, agents, clients, and municipal offices to ensure smooth, timely transactions Order and review title, address routine title issues, and track mortgage discharges Prepare and manage closing documents using Qualia, eClose, and related real estate platforms Support attorneys with conveyancing-related transactional and administrative tasks Maintain organized, compliant electronic and physical filesQualifications:
3+ years of Massachusetts residential real estate conveyancing experience required Strong proficiency with web-based real estate platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of Qualia, eClose, or similar closing software strongly preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Experience with or exposure to commercial real estate transactions is desirable but not required About Company Martino Law Group, LLC represents clients throughout Massachusetts in Real Estate, Family Law and Divorce, Personal Injury, Probate, and Estate Planning matters.
