Job Summary Come to Milton and join our team! Colucci, Colucci & Marcus, P.C., is seeking a top-notch litigation assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our busy, collegial and dynamic plaintiff personal injury practice. Ideal candidates should have excellent organizational skills, familiarity with litigation, knowledge of Filevine, (or a willingness to learn), be self- motivated and welcome responsibility. Please send cover letter, C.V., references and salary requirements to Allison Cayer at Allison@coluccilaw.com Responsibilities Manage and organize legal documents Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and reports with precision and clarity. Support attorneys with litigation tasks such as document review, case file organization, and trial preparation. Correspond with clients regarding ongoing cases. Maintain case files meticulously, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards. Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, managing phone etiquette, and providing executive administrative support as needed. Skills Proficiency in legal case management Experience with document review and management systems is highly preferred. Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence; strong proofreading and transcription abilities. Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Clerical experience including file organization, data entry accuracy, phone etiquette mastery, and administrative support capabilities.
