National Desk Manager Location:
In Person - Needham, MA. Office Position Overview This position supports the Residential Real Estate Team in preparing and amending title documents, working on title clearing items, and researching title documents on all national pipeline files, and coordinating with, including but not limited to, the national desk manager, paralegals, real estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and attorneys with closing documents and timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain multiple lender files for purchase and refinance transactions across all 50 states Prepare and review complete title packages for borrowers; coordinate with lenders and clients to resolve revisions Collaborate with title insurance underwriters to address and clear title issues Communicate with municipal offices, tax collectors, and assessors to obtain property tax information, resolve liens, and secure releases Draft and review closing documents, including deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, and related legal paperwork Coordinate with attorneys, real estate agents, and third parties to obtain all required closing documentation (utility final readings, municipal certificates, commission statements, resale packages, smoke/CO certificates, mortgage payoffs, and lien releases) Provide timely and professional responses to phone and email inquiries Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions Build and sustain strong client relationships Work Schedule Monday - Friday Needham, MA.
