Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our workers compensation law firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be technologically competent, organized, able to multi-task and willing to learn new software. 2 years office experience preferred.
Salary based on experience:
$1,250.00 - $1,650.00 per week.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer telephones, monitor emails and greet visitors. Provide administrative support to attorneys. Transcribe dictation. Prepare correspondence and legal documents. Perform general office clerk duties.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interactions. Experience in dictation transcription is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in all legal documentation.
