This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a personal injury law office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, strong writing and communication skills, detail oriented and friendly personality. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing case files, preparing legal documents, drafting demand letters, meeting with clients and assisting attorneys with various administrative and substantive tasks. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case management by organizing and maintaining legal files. Meet with clients and draft demand letters. Filings with accuracy and attention to detail. Obtain medical documentation for demand packages Manage client communication by updating clients on case progress, and handling confidential information with integrity. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents Skills Experience in personal injury preferred but not required Proficiency in document management systems (Word, Excel) essential. Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and precise legal documents. Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Effective client communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Experience working in a professional office.
