Familiarity with electronic filing and Microsoft Office is required. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, memorandums, discovery, etc., tracking court dates, and maintaining client files, as well as general office administration. Bookkeeping skills are required. As a Paralegal, you will support attorneys in various legal tasks, primarily focusing on litigation. Your core skills in legal research, document review, and case management will be essential in preparing legal documents and assisting with court preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing skills will enable you to maintain organized files and communicate effectively.
