$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and HIPAA authorizations Assist attorneys with estate administration matters, including probate filings, inventories, accountings, asset transfers, and beneficiary communications Maintain corporate files and prepare entity formation documents, annual reports, meeting minutes, resolutions, and related filings Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and outside counsel Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Conduct factual and legal research as needed Provide general administrative support to attorneys and contribute to a collegial small-firm environment Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Prior experience in estate planning, probate, or corporate law is a plus, but candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal practice management or document automation software is a plus Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client information Reliable, dependable, and able to thrive in a collaborative small-firm setting Benefits Health insurance Retirement plan Paid sick time Paid vacation Paid personal days Paid holidays How to Apply Interested candidates should apply through this listing with a resume and a brief cover letter describing their interest and relevant experience.
