Our client, a well-established law firm in the Woburn area, is seeking a Legal Assistant Floater to provide coverage and administrative support across multiple practice groups. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and legal staff across various practice areas Assist with preparing, formatting, proofreading, and revising legal documents and correspondence Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Maintain client files and document management systems Handle document production, scanning, filing, and records organization Assist with time entry, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks Provide coverage for legal assistants during absences, vacations, and peak workload periods Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Previous legal assistant or legal administrative experience required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt quickly to different attorneys' working styles and priorities Professional communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed If you enjoy variety, collaboration, and being an essential resource to a busy legal team, we'd love to connect with you.
