Family Law Paralegal Location:
Woburn, MA Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000
Schedule:
Full-time | Hybrid flexibility after training
Experience:
5+ years preferred A boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting directly with clients, and supporting attorneys across a variety of family law matters. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day case and client administration Communicate directly with clients and respond to inquiries Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and follow-up items Assist with discovery and case preparation Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case memoranda Support attorneys with trial and hearing preparation Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Use case management software such as Clio Provide general administrative and paralegal support as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Comfortable working directly with clients Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Clio experience is a plus Apply today to learn more about this opportunity!
