Job Description

We've partnered with a respected Massachusetts-based law firm that is actively seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join its growing team in Worcester, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and compassionate legal professional who enjoys working closely with clients and attorneys on sophisticated probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and estate administration matters . Key Responsibilities Prepare and file probate , guardianship , and conservatorship petitions Draft probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and related court filings Assist with all phases of estate administration , including asset collection, distributions, and fiduciary documentation Coordinate communications with clients, courts, financial institutions, and outside parties Maintain case files, calendars, and filing deadlines Support attorneys with hearings, legal research, and document preparation Assist with fiduciary and estate-related administrative processes Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred, particularly within estate administration, probate, elder law, or trusts & estates. Familiarity with Massachusetts probate court procedures and filings. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment. Experience with guardianship and conservatorship matters is highly preferred. Why Consider This Opportunity?
