High SchoolResponsibilities Process settlement notifications from the Department, draft standardized settlement letters, issue signed documents to opposing parties and track returns for filing. Prepare and file initial responsive legal documents (including notices of intention to defend and formal answers) after attorney sign-off, ensuring service on opposing parties. Populate case and party details into standard discovery templates and serve completed forms upon lawyer approval. Monitor court hearing notifications, update attorney calendars, notify relevant departments, and direct incoming phone inquiries to the appropriate legal staff.
