Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents Manage case deadlines, calendaring, and multi-time zone scheduling Coordinate depositions, hearings, and case-related meetings Handle federal and state court e-filing (multi-state experience a plus) Provide trial preparation and courtroom support Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and case management software such as Filevine Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid Time Off Opportunity to work on meaningful, impactful litigation matters.
