Job Description
- The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance, litigation, regulatory compliance, licensing, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and government agencies to ensure seamless legal operations and compliance.
- Develop organized systems for electronic legal files, workflows, and databases to ensure timely access and updates.
- Implement licensing processes for store operating companies, including tracking applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
- Assess legal documentation and correspondence for accuracy and completeness, supporting litigation and compliance efforts.
- Resolve routine legal and administrative issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the Legal Department with administrative tasks such as file organization, meeting coordination, and managing confidential communications.
- Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks. Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Review legal documentation and correspondence for accuracy and completeness, supporting litigation and compliance efforts.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and government agencies to resolve legal and administrative issues.
- Organize and manage confidential communications, ensuring professionalism and adnce to legal standards.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, expense reporting, and file organization.
- Support store expansion initiatives by maintaining accurate and updated databases and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Corporate Paralegal Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 1-4 years of experience as a paralegal within a law firm or corporate office environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and document management systems such as Relativity or Concordance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential communications and legal documentation effectively.
- Experience in licensing processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
- Capability to work independently on routine and moderately complex legal tasks.
