Job Description

The Ford Agency is looking for a professional and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join the busy legal team at a Bethesda-based investment firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 years of legal administrative experience looking to join a collaborative team! The team is looking for someone to work Monday-Thursday, 25-30 hours/week. This is a 3 month temporary position and is available immediately!
Responsibilities Include:
Draft and edit registration statements Proofread and edit legal documents Assist with other legal projects
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of legal administrative experience Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills Knowledge of legal databases Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
$25/hr Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
