Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

- We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Legal and Operations teams in managing the contract lifecycle for large-scale data center construction projects.
- What you'll do
- + Administer the contract management process from pre-award through project closeout + Coordinate preparation, review, routing, execution, and storage of contracts, subcontracts, amendments, NDAs, and purchase agreements + Maintain contract records and document control within the contract management system + Track contract status, execution dates, renewals, notice periods, and key milestones + Coordinate with project managers, executives, operations, procurement, finance, and outside counsel for timely execution + Review incoming contracts for completeness before legal review + Monitor insurance certificates, bonding, licenses, and compliance documentation + Identify contractual risks or missing documentation for escalation + Prepare correspondence, contract summaries, and reports for leadership + Support change order documentation and track contractual modifications + Ensure executed agreements are archived per company retention policies + Help develop standardized templates, workflows, and best practices + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal, financial, and business information + Perform additional legal/administrative support duties as assigned •What you'll need•_Required_•+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) + 3+ years of legal assistant, contract administration, or paralegal experience + Strong understanding of contract terminology and document management + Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + High attention to detail and accuracy + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion •_Preferred_•+ Experience supporting construction, electrical, engineering, or commercial contracting organizations + Experience with large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects + Familiarity with AIA, ConsensusDocs, EPC, design-build, or other construction contract formats + Experience with CLM or document management software + Knowledge of lien waivers, change orders, insurance requirements, and subcontract administration •Desired Skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; skilled at prioritizing competing deadlines; process-improvement mindset; excellent document organization; collaborative and self-motivated; sound professional judgment and discretion; strong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholders.
