Our client, a well-established law firm in Frederick , MD, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate Paralegal to support their estate planning and probate administration. This full-time permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients through important life transitions while managing legal documents, deadlines, and sensitive client matters with professionalism and care. The Paralegal will assist with probate filings, estate administration, preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents , while also communicating with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and the court system. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Previous paralegal experience is preferred, ideally within estate planning, probate, elder law, or a related legal practice, but not necessary. The position offers a salary of $50,000 based on experience, however, along with excellent benefits including Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and sick days.
