Our highly reputable and fast-paced workers' compensation and personal injury law firm is currently seeking a full-time experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our team immediately. This position is based in our Gaithersburg office and offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development. Experience is a similar position is preferred.
Responsibilities:
As a Workers' Compensation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients.Some key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained Client Communications Requesting and organizing supporting documentation Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers' Compensation Commission Prepare cases for hearingsWhat We Offer:
