Legal Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish) On-site | Pikesville, MD Full-time | $55,000-$65,000 per year Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift Ready to make a difference in the Latino community? The majority of our clients are Spanish-speaking individuals who've experienced life-changing events through car accidents or workplace injuries, and your work will help them get the justice they deserve. What You'll Do:

Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to provide updates, gather documentation, and answer questions. Support attorneys and legal staff with case management and preparation. Draft letters, forms, and other legal documents with supervision. Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, courts, and other parties. Maintain detailed records of client treatment and case progress. Conduct phone and in-person intakes for new clients. Manage physical and electronic case files. Assist with attorney schedules and office calendar.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience. Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous law firm or legal experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidate. Must be able to reliably commute to our Pikesville, MD office.
