The desired candidate would be a highly personable individual who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and computer skills are essential. The ideal candidate must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, have an an ability to multi-task, and be a team player. This individual will be responsible for answering the phones, organizing mail, and be responsible for other front desk duties. This individual would also provide administrative support for the firm and assist with tasks that would enhance office effectiveness. This position is a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the legal field.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Experience working in an office setting, preferably in the legal environment Computer literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook preferred) Spanish or Korean as a second language required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent verbal communication skills Detail-oriented Very well organized Collegial atmosphere.
