A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Your duties will include:
- Greeting new clients
- Obtaining all necessary information from potential client for attorneys
- Sending retainer documents to the client via docusign software
- Requesting medical records and bills with our paralegal team
- Copying documents of clients when they come in and scanning them into the system, making sure the paralegal is made aware of these documents
- Update the client database in excel with new client information
- Update the birthday list with new client info and generate birthday cards monthly to current and prior clients
- Inputting client data into case management at client initial phone call after new client intake completed
- Responsible for following up with clients regarding Reviews after the case is complete
- Assist in requesting, organizing, following up on medical bills and records on files
- Assist in Community Outreach
- Assist with new client calls and intakes
