The Immigration Paralegal will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting documentation Manage client cases, including preparing case files, monitoring case status, and updating clients on the progress of their case Conduct legal research and prepare legal briefs and memoranda on immigration-related issues Assist with client communications and document requests, including drafting correspondence, responding to client inquiries, and preparing legal forms and documents Maintain accurate and complete case files, including electronic and paper records, and ensure that all deadlines are met Coordinate with outside parties, including government agencies, clients, and other law firms, as needed Assist with the management of the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and court appearances
Qualifications:
