Job Overview Seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Duties include document preparation, legal research, client and court communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient legal operations. Responsibilities Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, subpoena requests, legal inquiries, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Manage ongoing legal case file. Review, analyze and summarize client documents. Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, handling incoming inquiries professionally, and supporting attorney administrative tasks. Correspond and provide supporting documents to E&O carrier and outside legal counsel. Qualifications Proven legal assistant or paralegal experience. Organizational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently. Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents; keen proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy. Ability to perform detailed research and analysis while maintaining high levels of accuracy in document review and data entry tasks. Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and general administrative support.
