Job Description

One of our premium clients, a nationally recognized federal employment litigation practice is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to become the attorney's right hand in discovery, case preparation, legal research, and hearing support. This is not a traditional paralegal role. You'll help build the future of a growing litigation practice that is already leveraging custom AI technology to turn tasks that once took hours into less than one. You'll work directly with a highly respected attorney known for successfully defending federal employees in complex administrative and litigation matters. What You'll Own You'll take the lead on the work that drives successful litigation outcomes: Manage discovery from start to finish Draft and prepare motions, disclosures, exhibits, and hearing materials Review and organize large case files and agency records Conduct legal and factual research Coordinate directly with clients and opposing counsel Support hearings and litigation strategy preparation Utilize AI tools to analyze records, identify inconsistencies, and improve workflow efficiency Help create better systems and processes as the firm grows What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong legal writing and document preparation skills Experience managing discovery independently Exceptional attention to detail Comfortable learning and using AI tools in a legal environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple active cases simultaneously

We understand exceptional candidates aren't always local. Candidates who are genuinely committed to relocating may be considered, particularly those already within driving distance or a few hours from the office. If you're planning a move and are excited about building a long-term career with a growing litigation practice, we encourage you to apply. Compensation $60,000-$80,000+ based on experience. Higher compensation may be considered for candidates bringing strong federal litigation, EEOC, administrative law, or comparable complex litigation experience.
