Estate planning experience is a plus but not a requirement. Job duties include preparing legal documents; scheduling meetings, preparation of estate planning documents under attorney supervision and assisting attorneys and clients with the execution of documents, funding of trusts, and other follow-up matters related to the estate planning and probate process. Applicant must be a self-starter, professional, detail oriented, confident, and willing to learn. Applicant must be well organized and enjoy telephone contact with clients.
