Description A well-established and busy law firm in the southwest metro is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an expansion role offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success of the firm in a collaborative environment. Hybrid 1 day/week remote after training.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive support to attorneys managing a full litigation caseload + Review, analyze, and summarize medical records + Track and manage deadlines related to court filings, discovery responses, and other case milestones + Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2-4+ years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally with a background in insurance defense, personal injury, workers' compensation, or other transferable civil litigation areas + Strong experience reviewing and summarizing medical records + Proficiency with legal document and case management systems + Familiarity with litigation discovery processes and document handling + Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
