Job Title:
Administrative Assistant - Policy & Legal Ready to be the person who keeps everything running smoothly? MSBA is looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives on organization, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting public education across Missouri. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact, providing friendly, professional service via phone, email, and in person Prepare, manage, and distribute invoices and contracts with accuracy using tools like DocuSign Maintain workflows, records, and databases to keep operations running efficiently Support school district onboarding and ongoing member communications Assist with policy updates, document management, and recordkeeping Proofread and edit documents to ensure everything is polished and professional Coordinate meetings, webinars, and events, including logistics and registration Track multiple projects and help teams stay organized and on schedule Contribute to process improvements, including AI-assisted workflow initiatives Provide day-to-day administrative support, including mail, supplies, and general office needs What You Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfort with office technology and willingness to learn new tools A proactive, dependable, team-first mindset
Education:
