Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Legal Assistant to support records management, document processing, compliance, and regulatory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong document review skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and process documents through internal records/imaging systems. Review system recommendations and identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documentation. Upload and process documents while ensuring proper classification and indexing. Track document issues, findings, missing-document notifications, and system feedback. Communicate with business stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and guide remediation. Review incorrectly imaged, indexed, or classified documents and make appropriate corrections. Ensure documents are scanned, uploaded, and maintained in official records repositories. Follow records management and information governance requirements and procedures. Assist teams with transitioning to new records processes and systems. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of work performed. Support compliance-related documentation and records activities. Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Required Qualifications Experience in legal support, compliance, records management, document control, or administrative operations . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience reviewing, processing, organizing, or validating documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow established procedures and identify discrepancies. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Teams . Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications 2-year or 4-year college degree. Experience in financial services, banking, securities, regulatory, or compliance environments . Experience with document imaging, indexing, records management, or information governance systems. Experience handling confidential or regulated documentation. #
